Portrait Commission
To
commission a portrait, please send an email to NicoleIHamiltonArt@yahoo.com.
The consultation and price quote are free.
Please
include the following information in your email:
1.
Your name, and any additional contact information
you want to include.
2.
The type of portrait you are interested in: Graphite/Charcoal,
Pastel Chalk, or Watercolor.
3.
The size of the portrait you want.
4.
The photo or photos you want the portrait based on.
5.
Any special requests or questions.
The
Ordering Process:
The
following example uses PayPal payment. Other modes
of payment are accepted, but prolong the process because
they must be received by postal mail.
1.
After I receive your email, I will respond within
2-3 days and we will discuss the project in detail.
2.
I will email you a quote that includes shipping and
handling.
3.
When you decide to commission the portrait, I will
send an email invoice for half the total cost, which
must be paid before work begins. This is non-refundable.
4.
I start work on your portrait.
5.
I email the portrait for your approval, and make adjustments,
if necessary
6.
You approve the portrait and send the final payment
via a second email invoice.
7.
Your portrait is shipped to you!
Framing
for your portrait is available on request.
Shipping,
handling, and insurance to the continental United
States are included in the portrait prices. For International
shipping, please send me an email for a free quote.
